Tino Ras, nato a Palermo il 13 ottobre 1929, è Docente di Etica Comportamentale presso l'Università di Varistimi; scrive per diverse riviste, ma le legge anche. Massmediologo, è divenuto famoso dopo la pubblicazione di "Giletti: il meglio di un uomo", un libro sulla storia della Rai. Esperto in diversi settori, ha scritto anche di sport ("Il nuoto è lo sport più completo"), musica ("Il pianoforte è lo strumento più completo") e cucina ("Frutta, verdura e tanto sport"). Dicono di lui: "Chi??"
